Refund policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, I’ll always do my best to make it right — within the fair boundaries set out below.

⏳ Returns Window

If you’d like to return a pen, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to get in touch. After 14 days, I can’t guarantee a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The pen must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email)

🛠 Custom-made pens are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💸 Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, I’ll process it back to your original payment method within 10 days.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is returned in a used or damaged condition
  • Parts are missing
  • The return arrives more than 30 days after delivery

⏰ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen the refund land:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider — it may take a few days to post
  3. Still no sign? Email me at info@rocksterpens.com

🔄 Exchanges

I only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If that’s happened, please email info@rocksterpens.com and I’ll take it from there.

🎁 Gifts

If the pen was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, I can offer an exchange or credit note. If it went to the gift giver first, any refund will go back to them.

📦 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty.

Please use a tracked service to ensure it gets back safely — I can’t issue a refund for items that don’t arrive. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
