Welcome to Rockster Pens. This website is run by me, Ash, and everything you see here is made with care in my small UK workshop. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They’re here to make sure everything’s clear and fair - for both of us.

1. About Using This Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your location to use this site or make a purchase. You agree not to use Rockster Pens for anything illegal or disruptive. If you do, I may suspend access to the service.

2. My Products

Each pen is handmade and unique, which means:

  • Product photos are representative — your pen will be similar, but not identical
  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen
  • Quantities are limited

I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

I do my best to ensure all product and price info is accurate. But sometimes mistakes happen and if they do I’ll let you know and won’t process your order until you’re happy to proceed.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete contact and payment info
  • Use the products for personal, lawful use only

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at my discretion (e.g. suspected fraud or reselling).

4. Shipping and Returns

In short:

  • I ship worldwide where possible
  • Returns are accepted under fair conditions
  • If there’s ever an issue, just reach out and I’ll do my best to sort it

All content on this site, including product names, photos, and text belongs to Rockster Pens. Please don’t use it without permission.

Occasionally I may link to other websites or use third-party tools (e.g. payment providers). I’m not responsible for their content or policies, so do check them out if needed.

I take pride in my work, but can’t guarantee the site will always be error-free or that every experience will be perfect. If anything goes wrong due to a mistake on my end, I’ll do my best to fix it.
