Big Rascal Artisan - Jet Strata
A Rascal model made from Strata acrylic. This is the Artisan version, featuring a pocket clip and three accent rings placed at the section, cap finial, and barrel finial. The Artisan is the most intricate of the Rascal styles, designed for those who appreciate craftsmanship in every detail.
This particular pen includes upgraded sterling silver finial rings, and the section is a two-part construction with both a liner and a sleeve made from the same laminated Strata material. This allows the stratified pattern to align seamlessly through the pen when open or closed – a small but technically demanding feature that adds both time and complexity to the making process, reflected in the final price.
The result is a beautifully balanced pen with subtle weight, polish, and alignment that reflect the extra care invested in its creation.

The Rascal is a shorter, stockier pen compared to a typical length pen, measuring around 132mm (5.2 inches) closed and 120mm (4.75 inches) open. Both the cap and barrel taper towards their ends, creating a comfortable and well-balanced profile.
