This DayDreamer model is made from a very eye-catching TruStone material I’ve called “SandFire” which is made from natural stone ores which are crushed, pigmented and then stabilised in resin.
As a result of the stone content this pen weights in at 38g, a good 8g more than an equivalent pentad in acrylic.
Polished to a bright finish the pen has red pearl finials & section and solid silver accent rings & logo coin. The stone based nature of the resin makes it much more challenging to work with, and this pen has been partially lined to use acrylic threaded components. This is because the TruStone does not thread well.
The chrome plated steel pocket clip finishes the pen which is fitted with a Jowo no6 polished steel nib (shown here with the "Ready Inked" engraved option).

The 1315 is a medium sized pen with a step between the 13mm cap threads and the remainder of the tapered barrel which is ≈15mm in diameter at the widest point. The grip section is slightly pinched to ≈11mm diameter at its narrowest point.
As these pens are all hand made there may be small variations on measurements.
Length - Capped ≈ 144mm, uncapped ≈ 133mm
It is provided with a high quality Beaufort Ink or Schmidt international standard sized converter. Standard ink cartridges can also be used.
