Using vintage (1930s-40s) cellulose acetate, combined with accents in modern Italian resin, the Fusion is a pen for todays world with a nod to the past. The cellulose forms the main part of the barrel and is carried through to the section allowing the writer to feel the warm, soft qualities synonymous with this beautiful material when using the pen.
The brown patterned cellulose in this model is complimented by milk chocolate brown Italian acrylic on the barrel finial, section accent ring and the cap.
It is shown fitted with a Bock No 6 rose gold plate nib. Other Bock nib options are available and we'll contact you to confirm your choice after purchase.
The 1313 is a medium sized pen with no step between the 13mm cap threads and the remainder of the barrel, making it very comfortable to hold and ideal for "high-grippers". The grip section is slightly pinched to ≈12mm diameter at its narrowest point. As these pens are all hand made there may be small variations on measurements.
Length - Capped ≈ 139mm, uncapped ≈ 130mm
It is provided with a high quality Beaufort Ink international standard sized converter. Standard ink cartridges can also be used.
