Standard DayDreamer Artisan - Graphite Strata
A DayDreamer model made from Tortoiseshell cellulose acetate. This is the Artisan version, featuring a pocket clip and three accent rings - placed at the section, cap finial, and barrel finial. The Artisan is the most intricate of the styles, designed for those who appreciate craftsmanship in every element.
Construction Note (Cellulose Acetate):
This pen is made from cellulose acetate, which can show internal machining marks more than most materials, especially in lighter or translucent areas. For that reason, the inside of the cap and barrel is finished and polished by hand to achieve a cleaner look through the material. To protect the longevity of the threads, the cap threads are made separately in black acrylic rather than being cut directly into the acetate. This is a more time-consuming build than my standard Rascal, but it gives the best result for this material.

Model Description
The Standard DayDreamer is a medium-sized pen featuring a small step between the 13mm cap threads and the tapered barrel. The slightly pinched grip section ensures a comfortable writing experience.
Each pen is meticulously handcrafted, leading to minor variations in measurements, making every piece unique.
